Rooster Vance was born and raised alongside his 5 brothers in the outskirts of Austin and San Antonio. He spent his youth playing guitar, hunting, fishing and working the land with his father and grandfather who were both outdoorsmen and land owners. The importance of land stewardship in Rooster’s family was always prevalent. After college at Texas Tech University, Rooster spent a decade wandering the country as a musician and songwriter only to eventually find himself in the restaurant business back in Texas. After the business ended badly, he registered for real estate classes but stumbled into wholesaling while watching house flipping videos on YouTube. Rooster learned wholesaling houses quickly and changed his life almost overnight, but after 9 years of wholesaling houses he got tired of having to do so many deals, so in 2022 he pivoted into large land deals and has since built a following on social media and recruited hundreds of former students to establish a lucrative team bringing in a consistent pipeline of land deals.
